We are looking to hire caring, enthusiastic
individuals to form our Drinkaware Crew at Thekla
Drinkaware Crew are on duty to make sure all of our customers have a safe time in our venue.
Working alongside the venue management and security team, you’ll be on the lookout for those that are vulnerable or need assistance. With shifts on a Thursday and a Saturday night, you’ll be doing everything from giving someone directions or helping them into a licensed taxi to escorting them to our first aid team or helping them find a friend.
We’re looking for open minded, non-judgemental, caring and socially confident people to support our customers. This is the perfect opportunity for those studying nursing, psychology, child care, etc. to get work experience and a reference for future employment.
