Pop singer and songwriter Hobbie Stuart, a native of Brighton, England, established his career by uploading his covers of popular songs to YouTube. Primarily acoustic versions of Rihanna’s “Only Girl in the World” (October 2010), Adele’s “Someone Like You” (March 2011), Drake’s “Take Care” (April 2012), and Justin Bieber’s “As Long as You Love Me” (August 2012) were among his most popular uploads. He also covered hits originally recorded by the likes of Oasis, Tracy Chapman, Maroon 5, Coldplay, and Jeremih. In August 2013, he uploaded an official video for “Big Yellow House,” an original dance-pop song.
