BUILT TO SPILL
20 years after the release of seminal album Keep It Like A Secret, Idaho indie-rock group Built To Spill return to the UK next year to play the album in its entirety.
Released in 1999 as a follow up to Perfect From Now On, the band’s fourth studio album has been hugely influential, inspiring bands such as The Shins, Death Cab For Cutie and Band Of Horses.
Dubbed the band’s ‘most accessible album’ the songs are crafted with the same dexterity and sonic textures as their previous records but packaged into more succinct tracks. Fans will be able to hear much-loved songs such as “Carry The Zero” and “You Were Right” alongside other tracks from the band’s extensive back catalogue.
