Currently out in Europe with WEDNESDAY 13, THE DEFILED have announced their first headline tour of the UK in support of latest album “DAGGERS”. Named the “NO PLACE LIKE HOME” tour, they will hit the road from February 8th – 18th, bringing with them two very hot support acts from the US; BUTCHER BABIES, whose debut album “Goliath” gets its UK release in January, and THE KILLING LIGHTS, featuring Michael Vampire of Vampires Everywhere!
“Finally we are coming home to headline!” says The AvD. “It’s been ages since we’ve done a proper headline tour of the UK – in fact last time was 2011 – and now we get to do it armed with a whole album’s worth of new songs to play! Since Daggers came out we’ve had some great tours supporting in the US, Europe and even the UK but there’s nothing quite like playing a full set to our own crazy fans. We’ve got some fucking cool support bands with us too, and we’re playing London on Valentines day so shit is gonna get sexy.”

It’s an amazing feeling to be able to travel overseas and meet all the fans that have been supporting me over the years.
